My ideal role is as an experience analyst. I love to blend my user-focused perspective with business and technical analysis, using my visual storytelling and personable collaboration skills to dream up creative solutions that are multi-faceted and consider everyone that interacts with the product.
I have a proven ability to quickly grasp business goals, success metrics, and legal requirements to build outcomes that consider the whole picture. I’m comfortable switching or adapting roles as needed, growing adjacent expertise, and keeping up in an agile environment.
When I'm not working you can find me reading historical fiction or biking one of Minnesota's many regional trails, and when I feel like being an extrovert, my friends know I host the best dinner parties. My other heartthrobs include my labradoodle Stella, antique stores, and black licorice.
In this project for a nationwide grocery distributor, I drove collaboration and conversation facilitation to navigate uncertainties in a niche market. Our highly-desired invoice feature multiplied app downloads and user sessions.
